Harmonies on canvas

Welcome to Scales & Brushes, where every stroke is a 'Beautiful Expression of a Vibe'. Since establishing my LLC in May of 2025, my art has been a personal journey, capturing my thoughts and emotions at the moment of creation. Each piece is intimately connected to a song that inspired it, offering a unique window into my creative process. I invite you to immerse yourself in the music as you view my art, experiencing the very mindset that guided my hands.

Experience the vibe

Scales & Brushes is a fusion of music and emotion expressed through paint. Every canvas is a reflection of a specific moment in my internal world — the thoughts I was wrestling with, the joy I was feeling, or the storm I was navigating. Each piece is inspired by a song that moved me during its creation. I invite you to listen while you explore the work… and experience the same vibe that guided my hands and heart. 'Beautiful Expressions of a Vibe' isn’t only a tagline — it’s the truth behind every stroke.

My journey began with a brushstroke

It was March 28, 2025, when I sold my very first piece – a moment that shifted my perspective entirely. For years, art was a private solace, something I never truly considered 'good enough' to share. But after healing from surgery last year, I began sharing my creations, first on Snapchat, then gradually expanding to Instagram and Facebook. This journey of vulnerability and self-discovery transformed one canvas into a launchpad for my wildest dreams, leading to the birth of Scales & Brushes, LLC.

Art as an escape

For me, art is an essential escape, a sanctuary where creativity flows freely without the pressure of obligation. It has always been my profound way of navigating the complexities and stresses of the world. In my daily life as an attorney, I encounter challenging realities, and art provides a vital outlet — allowing me to release those concerns and find a deep sense of peace. This is why I create; it’s not just painting, it's personal healing and expression.

"The beautiful piece that we have hanging in our home on the river feels like passion and peace all in one."
